Decided to get the membership and won't look back! The wash is pretty good and very quick. I only got the exterior wash and wish it would've included a hand dry. Whatever, it does look good for such a quick wash and all I have to do is hit the rear with a towel real quick after I hit 120 on the freeway to dry it off better. Haha
Wish I could rate in the negatives!!! I did not want to exit my car due to the pandemic, but wanted a good wash on the exterior of the vehicle. The attendant sold me on the Express Platinum exterior car wash, which had tons of listed items that would be covered in the wash. $20 plus tax. They sent me through the tunnel (which took no more than 30-40 seconds) and then I parked and waited under the awning. About ten minutes went by before an employee told me “drying the vehicle doesn’t come with express washes. My back hatch didn’t get cleaned, dirt under the door handles, and now covered in water spots..... for $22. Mister car wash is a supreme example of a business who will take as much money from a customer with as little work as possible. Zero pride in their work, zero quality, zero integrity. I would rather burn a $20 bill than use them again. I urge nobody to use them and for ABQ to boycott them until they learn to take pride in their work and give customers what they paid for, or go out of business.

We were very pleased with the wash and interior cleaning. My only complaint is that I bought the works. When they returned the car after cleaning the floor mats were filthy. When I complained about it the guy said mats cost extra $$$
He did remove and clean mine then

Well its always been 5 star until today. I have been a customer for a while now. So today I see about 6 to 8 employees standing as if they were ready for a vehicle to dry off. They were not doing anything at the time. Anyway, I've always pulled up and have the gentlemen do my windows on the inside when needed. Not today, I was told its only for platinum members. Well I guess if that's the way they do things now, I have no problem going somewhere else.
