The scheduling and planning for our septic replacement and related work was well coordinated. This included onsite visits, phone calls and emails. We were very pleased with the communication and responsiveness. Everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive.nnWhen the crew showed up to do the work, the teamwork was evident and productive - they each knew what they were doing and how to coordinate with each other. More than once I noticed one of them stepping in at just the right time, knowing what to do. They respected and appreciated each other.nnThey were clearly skilled at what they were each doing - including running the equipment with precision and efficiency. They worked hard, quickly and carefully - solving problems as they went. I also appreciated that they checked with me on the decision points and patiently answered my many questions.

Jackie is always friendly on the phone. We had some issues with our well. She checked back on us a few days later. Eventually we did have to pull it. The guys were out that same day. Repairs made and on their way in a couple hours. Thanks Pehlke's!
