Good sandwiches, fast service.
Placed an online order for pick up because I was pressed for time. Arrived on time only to find that my order still needed to be made. Order was finished 10 minutes after the time I was originally quoted online.
Thank you for making a last minute 20 person party box (well 2 hr notice) - your store is more customer pleasing than Grafton’s!
Ordered 2 subs and a chocolate shake. First the girl taking the order was not fully masked. Her nose was uncovered. I ordered a chocolate shake and got vanilla. The phone rang and the girl told the other two workers not to answer it. One of the sandwich makers kept grabbing his nose with his gloved hand. And they kept asking the girl what they should do now. They had no clue what was going on. Paid $19.00 for a meal I didn’t get. Watching the 3 people work I left the store and threw my shake in the garbage in disgust. Never going back there again. When I ordered my chocolate shake the girl said we only have white chocolate Chip cookies left.
Fast and friendly service. Subs are always fresh.
