I went to this establishment and made a mistake - I thought there were no coins in the machine when there were. I take full responsibility for my mistake. I called the owner back immediately upon leaving the store I had been in, as I had four missed calls and a voicemail from him. Upon talking with him, I immediately apologized. In fact, I said I was sorry multiple times. But this gentleman’s only goal was apparently to make me feel awful. I did make a mistake, but I don’t feel that warrants his treatment of me and therefore stand by my rating. I don’t wish to spend my money in a place where they treat people that way. I wish the owner well also.

Lots of open washers and dryers to choose from. Nice sitting area table to relax. Loved the music that played as well. Overall, it was a win, I had clean and dry clothes in about an hour and a half. Would definitely go back.

This place is always spotless and has an amazing owner! Also with so many machines available I've never had to wait.
