My mom and I stopped here last week. When we arrived we noticed that there was a deal for $5 if you buy 2 footlongs. We asked just to clarify if this was online only. I also asked the young lady to put my rewards number in. Then I asked how much cookies were. She seemed very irritated as if she did not want to help us.nnThis is not my first time having this experience at this location with the younger staff! I prefer the Subway in Cedarburg as the staff there are friendlier and provide better customer service. I am sorry for irritating your staff with my simple questions. Maybe they need to learn customer service skills 101?? Just a thought. I work in customer service too, so I understand how difficult it can be. But making a little effort would go a long way.

I've stopped here a number of times making long trips and have always enjoyed it. The staff has always been friendly and fast, and the place itself is always clean. Adherence to local mandates is done very well; keeping everyone safe and the country going.

I used to go here all the time. I loved talking to an employee named Avery, I was dissapointed when he moved away. Just goes to show you the kind of service this franchise gives you!

I arrived at 8 30 not realizing the doors were just unlocked with a bunch of friends after our morning work out. I was surprised to only see one employee working. This woman managed to make 6 sandwiches and ring ya all up within a matter of maybe 3 to 5 minutes. She had a smile on her face the whole time and was very polite/professional. We were greeted as we walked in and thanked as we walked out. I was truly amazed at her ability to multitask as efficiently as she did. I worked at a subway when I was in high school so it’s hard to meet my standards. I will say. This woman ran her store like a boss.
