Nothing spectacular. I hadn't been to a Noodles and Company in awhile since there aren't any where I live. I was visiting WI and decided to stop by for a quick dinner. Totally not worth what I paid. I don't remember the portion being so small. Less than a cup of Mac and Cheese. Buffalo chicken was okay. Nothing to write home about. Wouldn't visit again.
My kid Wolfe down her penne rosa so that was a plus, however my buffalo mac and cheese had almost zero cheese. It was like plain noodles with chicken and a dash of hot sauce. Hopefully just a one time misstep. Normally when I have had it at other noodles it is really good.
They changed the supplier of their meat awhile back. Chicken isn't too bad but steak stroganoff's meat is tough and not as palatable as before. Thinking it might have been the day or the piece they used so I tried the stroganoff again. It was worse the second time. Clearly a cheaper cut of meat. Also, when they bring the food out, the server doesn't bring utensils and napkins anymore. Overpriced noodles that can be made easily at home but next time I'm in a hurry, Noodles will not be my first choice!nnUpdate: Tried it again. Beef stroganoff. Dry, and the meat is horrible. Noodles is off the list of places to eat.
Put a order in for curbside pickup, never got it. Walked in, they claim the order was never submitted. Was able to pull up my bank statement and show proof of payment. Then they found our food that was nice and cold.
It was classic Noodles. Food was fine and service was fast enough.
