Cousins Subs

Grafton Cousin Subs are a great place to go when you have the munchies. I know that because I work there. When we get busy, it gets hard keeping up with all the subs. I know that other people complained about us being slow but it’s only because we try to make our subs perfect for our customers and have them satisfied. So the next time you come to Grafton Cousin Subs, just know that we try our best to give you the satisfaction, we want to give you.

Always good subs

Service was super slow. Called in an order for two simple subs, which the employee on the phone noted they are busy and would be 20 mins, understood. Arrived to the store with 5 people waiting for their orders in the lobby, but no one in line to order. It ended being another 30 min wait for my two subs. A lady in the lobby said she had 1 sub and was waiting for close to an hour.nnNot sure what was going on that day...while I could see they were busy with some large call ins...they did a very poor job of making sure other and smaller orders that should take less than a minute to make (used to work at a cousins) were being made. They seemed staff adequately as there appeared to be 6 workers at my arrival.nnDuring all this one employee appeared to have taken a break and the register person probably should have helped make subs...since they were just standing around waiting to take orders that no one was in line for. To make things worse, there was about 1 or 2 walk ins during my wait for my phone order, which one of these did receive their order before mine. Which makes me think one employee was assigned to make the call-ins...which not sure what they were doing.nnVery frustrating as someone that generally very patience and know the stress of working during busy times. Id decided to give the review 2 stars vs 1, cause the food was good and the employees were nice. However, the overall experience was not good. Someone that loves Cousins, likely wont order from that location again

I put in an online order today for 3 subs, a salad and a few fries. They said it was going to take 20 mins until it was ready, so of course we get there early. It took them another 70 mins past the time they said it was going to be ready by to get the food order completed. No I’m sorry, no discount, no nothing. Never again will we be going back to this location. We stopped going there before because of rude service but I decided to give them a chance again. I do understand that things happen but to not even say I’m sorry, now that’s not ok in my book. Very disappointed

The best place to go if u like subs and fries. Service is great. Staff is friendly and very clean
