We have our own carpet cleaner aka Rug Doctor. We decided to try P& R Cleaning two years ago. We haven't used our Rug Doctor since. There is literally no comparison in the results. Our carpet is looks brand new and it's 20 years old! We recommend them to everyone!!! I also had my car detailed with them and without exaggerating my car looked as if it had just come off the dealership lot! I was so impressed that I called them with my surprise of the job they had done to my 2014 Chevy Impala. Thank you P & R and keep up the great work!

Matt and Dakota were extremely professional, thorough, and friendly. They were happy to answer any questions and provided me with several helpful hints for taking care of our carpet. They also give you a lifetime supply of their cleaner to use for spots as they occur (simply take the empty bottle into the office and they replace it with a new one.)nWe have cats, so we certainly had our challenge spots and they effectively cleaned those areas, as well as offering additional cleaning options available.nI would highly recommend P&R Cleaning and plan to stay with them for any future needs. We've tried several different companies in the past and P&R is, hands down, our preferred company!

A faulty sink faucet leak led to a damaged wood floor in kitchen and living room and water damage to two bedroom carpets.nnJoe, Steve and Matt coordinated everything. Though it took a while to complete, it is worth the wait because the workmanship is tops. My home is now better than ever!nnThe crew was very helpful and went out of their way to provide services beyond the normal expectations.nnI would recommend them highly.
