I brought my winter coat and a work fleece to Best Cleaners in Cedarburg. I had called the day prior and asked if they fixed zippers and she answered yes. So I brought my items in the next day, asked for the zippers to be repaired, and I was told to come back a few days later. When I went to pick them up she charged me $38 for dry cleaning; neither zipper was fixed. When I confronted her about the mistake she completely ignored me only offering to now fix the zippers for an extra $18. Needless to say I’m not happy. Not only was I charged for services I did not ask for but now my problem is still not solved. Horrible customer service/satisfaction.
