First time here. Neither change machine seems like it was power. Neither machine has the right light on to show out of change or out of order and machines make no sounds when trying to inset bills. Phone number on machines is a 3rd party repair company that does not come out same day. Will never come here again
I have been here several times and the location is always dirty and looks as it does in the pics tonight. I observed a individual cleaning lintel from the dryer this evening around 7:45pm tell another customer that the stains in the pics were mold and that it was because customers shut the doors after use. Despite this reason the stains are present due to lack of PROPER cleaning. I have been to dozens of laundry cleaning locations and I have not observed these types of stains before. This place would be much better if it were properly cleaned and maintained. I will update in a month or so.
This is the worst... trust me go out of town if you need to do laundry! Half the machines don’t work but the ones that do cost you .25 cents more than at other laundry mats in the area. It’s also very dirty! The floors look like they haven’t been washed in days...some machines smell like mildew. Also none of the change machines work, so if you try and get quarters you’re s.o.l. I will never come back, the extra 10 minutes to Grafton is worth it!

The detergent slots have mold growing inside. The sealing area of the washing machines also have mold. I see many comments from the owners about addressing the cleaning staff but its apparent proper cleaning for health and sanitation have not taken place.
