Chris from Steffen Plumbing was extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He did a great job finding where the leak in the pipe was coming from and he kept me informed every step of the way. He went above and beyond to ensure that the drains under my sink were working properly and I truly appreciated his service. We called to have them give a us a quote on how to improve our iron water issues. He could have sold us something expensive like an iron curtain. Instead he suggested replacing our ancient pressure tank, and water heater. That was over two weeks ago. Our water quality is so much improved. He came in and got it all done in one day. We are super grateful, and will use them in the future.

Chris was awesome. Great fast work, I am extremely happy with how this bad turned out. Of course our pipe broke early on Memorial Day, my call was returned within 15 mins, and he arrived shortly after and immediately got the situation fixed. Thanks again for all of your help Chris.

Steffen's is not only friendly but they also provide fast top quality work. Recently our water heater went out do to the floods, one call to Steffen's and they sent someone out right away and we had a new hot water heater the very next morning, installed higher to prevent flood damage in the future. The people at Steffen's really do care about their customers, I give them 5 stars plus.
