Tony's has the best barbeque around! I love the pork! Tried the chili and cornbread for the first time today! It is so good! I kind of wish I had gotten larger chili and more cornbread! Maybe next week if they are still around! I will miss them in winter!!!♥ufe0fud83dude01
My visit to the truck was on a Wed when they were parked in West Bend at Menards. The ribs were well smoked and juicy. Tender but with still enough tooth that they didn't just fall off the bone. They seemed to be fresh from the smoker even at 5pm. I got them just with the dry rub. They were a little sweeter than I like; other than that, they were perfect. None of the offered sauces were to my taste, so I won't comment on them. The corn bread was moist and perfectly baked. The beans were good and simple. They didn't try to do too much with them which I like, a side should be a side. The tater salad was standard. It had a nice flavor. The Moinkers are great. Would highly recommend no matter what you get take home some of these. If Mr Tonys rolls into your town it's worth a try.
