Dan is a real standup guy but when my business removed the reason for him to come and test our backflow like Dan had previously told us we could do. The next year his front office lady was a unprofessional bully to my front office lady. She was bullying my front office lady telling her she had no idea on what we were doing demanding us to schedule a backflow test. Then 2 weeks later we get a letter from the city telling us she contacted them to give us an inspection. Well it was a waste of our and the cities time and tax money. Needless to say if i ever did need anything done we wouldn't be giving this place a call.
