Soap was out. Water spots from bad water.
Looking for an open car wash, we first went to the other 24hr one in town which their property was way too dark at 8:30pm. So we headed to this one. Athough a lot of the lights were out, there was enough lighting to be safer. Bay #3 had a cone in front of it so we pulled into #2. When we went to add more time, the quarters went down where you couldn't see it but time was not credited. I wasn't sure if it was a fluke so I added a few more quarters. Sometimes it would add time, sometimes it wouldn't. After losing about $1.75, we just used up the time and planned to move to another bay to finish after time ran out. When the time ran out, the truck and bay were soapy, a risk to us getting into the truck and anyone entering the defective bay. We used #1 which had three light fixtures out but had ample lighting to finish rinsing the truck. There was a sign with a phone number to call Dale with any problems but I didn't want to disturb someone at 9pm. I would have given this location 5 stars had the coin acceptor worked properly despite about half the light fixtures being out.
This DIY car wash provides a good cleaning for a fair price
There is no 1000 1 seconds, more like rapid count, and i had new dollar bills and the machine still gave me grief!
I give this place a 3 1/2 because they don't take credit card. Stalls we're clean aside from normal mud debris that is normal from a self wash car wash. I would like to add that I got about 9-10 min on $5 which for me is enough time to wash a car motorcycle. So that's a bargain!
