Our technician was Nick. He was very nice and explained and showed us where the clog was and how to do it. I also appreciated he was willing to change our caulk on our bathtub even though he was only here to unclog our tub. He went above and beyond to help fix our tub and now we can enjoy a shower without the tub full of water by our ankles!!!!
They actually called me to complete annual service. I have been wanting to update a couple things. The technician, Matt, gave me options. There was no pressure to buy anything. He took his time, did a thorough job and explained everything. Very happy with the experience.
Actually they replace my water heater that had failed. While they couldn't get to me until the next day, that was a whole lot better than the week others quoted. They were pleasant from the get go and I believe they got to me as soon as possible. They stayed in contact to keep me informed where things stood. they let me know when the service man was in route. The service man was very pleasant and made sure I understood what he planned to do and what the cost would be and even steered me to available discounts. Without rushing the project he completed the project quickly and cleanly. If I have future needs, they will be the first I call.
Absolute Plumbing came in for my annual check up on my water heater and all the water ways in the house. The technician Nick was very efficient and knowledgeable. He gave me a list of things to watch for throughout this next year. And didn’t pressure me into any sales or needless repairs. I tell all my family and friends, I highly recommend Absolute Plumbing.
