I live in fond du lac and had a emergency situation on a Sunday none of the local plumbers answered the phone. Roto Rooter advertises 24 hours emergency care and no answer. Anyways I called what I thought was the Oshkosh number but a plumber from Appleton called me back with in like 10 minutes. He came all the way down to FDL! When Justin arrived he he got right to work and my pipes were super clogged!! He worked tiredlessly on the clog for like 2 hours and he got it. Saving me from having to pay for a next day visit with more equipment!!! It was 6:30 pm by the time he left and he still had another job in Appleton to do that night and I am sure up bright and early on Monday to start the week. I can't say enough about how awesome him and this company are and how grateful I am!!! THANKS!!!!!!!

They were here in a timely manner, job was done in time frame, price was reasonable considering it was a weekend, and I think his name was David, was friendly,and know what the problem was already over the phone

We had a plugged kitchen drain and they provided the solution. They were on time, courteous, friendly and cleaned up any mess they made.
