I had a different plumbing service in a couple of times, but still had my clogged drains. I was referred to Don through a friend who as very satisfied with him, and he promptly responded to me. To evaluate and finally fix my issue, Don and his team came over 3 times, and the issue is now gone. The 3 visits cost less than 1 visit from the previous plumber, and he even followed up with a call to insure my satisfaction. Don is the owner of this company. He was very thorough and kept us in the loop the whole time he was here. Did an amazing job! I won't use any other plumber, ever! Very reasonable pricing too.

Don and his crew are fantastic! Very professional, very knowledgeable. Just had a water heater and sump pump replacement in the same day. Work was done in little over an hour. Prices are very competitive as well. I've gone to Reliable Rooter for years now, as I have an old house with old plumbing. They have been replacing old metal pipes with new ones, and everything they've done has held and performs perfectly, for years. Reliable Rooter is the only plumbing crew I will call for any plumbing issues. I HIGHLY recommend!!
Don has been solving my plumbing problems for about 17 years now. My house has the sort of frequent plumbing problems common in older houses. Don and his crew have fixed clogs in my toilet, bathtub, and sewer line (some of these more than once) and replaced my hot water heater and bathtub. He and his people always do a good job and clean up well after their work. He is happy to answer questions and explain things, including telling me ways to prevent future problems. He is very reliable (lives up to his company's name) and professional. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends.
