Great guy!! Explained everything in detail, and the jokes were great, put a smile on my face. Prices are decent as well! We had to have our hot and cold water lines changed, he was here a little early which was awesome, and got the job done in under an hour! Great work, and I feel relieved to have everything working correctly. Would recommend him right away for any work! Thank you Sustman Plumbing!!
Called them out to look at a water pressure problem with my shower. He blamed the water pressure problem on the shower head but said the water pressure in the kitchen was low so he adjusted it. He did nothing to fix the shower and charged me $150. We got a new shower head and the problem remained. In the meantime, the increased water pressure in the kitchen sink caused the cartridges to go bad. Called out a different plumber and he replaced the ring in the shower which successfully fixed the water pressure and he had to replace both cartridges in the kitchen sink. In short, save your time and money and call a different plumber.
Mark was a good guy and was willing to take on my mobile kitchen sink installation by no means was this an easy project but he stuck with it and did a good job
Helped with our bathtub issues, we have tried finding someone before where they showed up, took off in the middle of the services and never returned. I contacted Sustman and immediately helped! They explained what needed to get done, told us the pricing up front! Great services, patient, and awesome! Highly recommend
