Called these guys while I was attempting to repair a damaged shower handle. I asked them if I did it incredibly wrong, if they would be able to come the next day to fix it. Not only did they agree to stop by the following day but he also had me send pictures of my issue and my replacement parts and let me know that I got the right parts. I was unsuccessful due to needing a specific tool + valves, and they came the next day, fixed it within an hour. Highly recommend since they went above and beyond to try and help me resolve my issue without having to even stop here; potentially saving me money.

New construction, terrible person!
Hired Lenny to do the plumbing work for a bathroom remodel. The work his crew did during their 1 day here was fine. The problem is it has been 6 weeks since I called, emailed and left several messages for him to come back and finish the work. No response. Ended up hiring another plumber to finish the work. I would never use him again and wouldn't recommend his company.
