This is a taco bell to be avoided. Aweful customer service. Horrible food.

2 years ago this place was awesome. I got here at 4:39 and it is now 5:10. We placed a $5 order for two burritos and a drink. We still haven’t made it to the window. Unbelievable.

Got to the window and waited three minutes for someone to even greet , saw the guy walk past the drive thru window three times. Wasnt wearing a mask and took gloves off to take my money and give me the food. This is a restaurant. Yes, maybe a fast food one but still has to follow safety and health rules.

Order was wrong. Half the food was cold. And the staff was just straight up rude. Once a year or so i give this location another try and once again they've proven there incompetence. It's been this way for at least the 6 years my business had been 3 blocks from them. You would think the owner, or corporate would care at all but apparently not. This is just embarrassing. How can one fast food chain be so terrible for more than half a decade. Clearly no one cares. You're better off making your own tacos. At least it'll be warm. Either close down or start caring. Either or. All of appleton is impartial at this point. How humiliating .

Taco Bell, the place we all make fun of at the water cooler and sneak off to late at night. Staff is always very nice.
