Picked up 2 meals to go. Got home, started eating my salad and realized the chicken was missing. I called right away and was told to come back and they would make a new salad. My boyfriend and I were already settled in for the night, so I said that wasn't an option. The manager, I'm guessing, took my name and address and offered to send a coupon. That was 11 days ago, still haven't received anything. Next time we will order from one of the many other restaurants nearby.

Great food that is quick. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Customer service is good also. Good soups and potstickers also.

Ordered shrimp scampi & got zucchini scampi, reordered the shrimp scampi and low and behold no shrimp in my dinner. See ya Irene. Never again. 9 people working and still f-d up my meal. One one star cause I can't do zero.....

I’m embarrassed to say I am almost 30 and have never eaten at a Noodles and Company until today. Food was good. I enjoyed the pesto zoodles with chicken. The chicken was tender. Next time I’ll order the regular portion size because the small left me still hungry. Only gave four stars because I wasn’t aware all the tables were closed in the dining area until we went to go fill our sodas from the soda machine, so my family of four had to eat our lunch in the car. Other than that, would eat here again!

Staff was nice, but food is mediocre nothing special. Just rehydrated noodles with some generic sauces, but way over priced. There's no way a bowl of some noodles n sauces should cost at min $10.
