Food is decent for what it is. Customer service from the person working the drive-thru was lacking. Order was a huge mess, curly fries all over the bag loose, bun half off the beef and cheddar sandwich, so cheese sauce all over the bun and wrapper and not the sandwich, and to top it off a diet soda instead of a regular. Not a great visit to Arby's.
Ordered sandwiches and jalapeno peppers. Did not get the berry sauce. Too long a line to go back through and the doors were locked.
Ordered 2 large curly fries a philly and French dip and large motz stick everything was barely warm no marinara for the motz sticks the fries were cold and the containers were not even full. The lady at the window was rude and crabby...
I literally just sat for 14 minutes while people came and went in the drive thru for 2 chicken sandwiches. Horrible service... do not go there!!!!
My sandwich wasn't hot when I got it. Wasn't happy about that
