I've never had a bad pizza. They're always fresh and delicious. Unfortunately last night was a disappointment. We ordered our pizza on the app and set it for pick up at 1730. When we arrived it hadn't been started, staff couldn't find our ticket as it was buried in a pile of them. As we were waiting for our order, people were walking in and out with pizzas that they had just ordered. When my husband asked about our order a staff member became very short with him. I've never had such poor and disappointing customer service.
Absolutely perfect every time. And you can tell them exactly how you want it made because its made fresh each time. Also it's fast, 8 minutes for a regular pizza, 15 minutes for a stuffed pizza
I would give this store a zero if I could. I placed an order for carryout at 4:22pm set for a 5:30pm pickup and didn't walk out of the store with my pizza until 6:15pm. They Hadn't even started my order until I got there at 5:30, people who were showing up and ordering were getting their food before my family and I. On the busiest day of the week and to have nothing pre-made is just dumb. Will never order there again!!!
Exceptional and flavorful food, I loved the atmosphere the spot has, and the employees were nice. Will definitely eat here again.
Pizza is good but the manager yells at you if you make a mistake when you cross a line on the floor because of Covid protocols.
