Kim the franchise owner gave us free curds for opening a jar of ranch dressing. She made me wear a glove and all employees including Kim were wearing masks...Great people. Great food. Awesome service!

Put in an online order and noticed on my receipt that I ordered the wrong kids meal sandwich. Called the store directly and they fixed it before the order went out, no hassle at all.nnFood is always fresh, service always friendly. Highly recommend!

Manager was rude and refused to serve us if we didn't have a mask on I explained to her I have asthma and can't breathe wearing a mask and she didn't care. She handed my daughter a used mask from a drawer and not a box of masks the mask already had the face imprint of someone else face and my daughter didn't realize it was used and put it on and shortly after she got sick from wearing a used mask. There was noone else in the restaurant and she told us to go outside and order food if we have asthma. I don't recommend the restaurant on northland ave but I do recommend the cousins subs across town on East college ave they have friendly staff there

Employees not wearing masks during pandemic.nI walked in, I walked out.nHey owner- why aren't you protecting the customers during a world wide health crisis?nEither you don't care, or you're ignorant.nThere's no good excuse! Any rational person will tell you to wear a mask right now. Especially in a restaurant. Good job on enabling a contagious and deadly virus to spread.nI will never enter or purchase anything from your store again. Wear a mask. It's simple. Just do it!
