My husband and I loved this laundromat...but we were there recently the dryer had ruined ALL of our clothes! We were there washing and drying our clothes on weekday in the evening.nnSo once we packed up our clothes (cuz it was late at night and we wanted to be respectful and let the staff close!) Once we got home and started folding my clothes...I noticed rips, burns, AND weird black marks on almost ALL my clothing. I had washed and dried my nice north face jacket that I ordered online, and it had gotten completely ruined! I called the laundromat the next day because they were closed already. And all they said was “we can’t do anything but give you a free $25 wash.” I just thought that was absolutely ridiculous! I would NEVER/RECOMMEND doing my laundry there ever again.nnClothes are NOT cheap and them thinking $25 will cover everything...that’s absolutely insane. They were practically blaming us for damaging OUR own clothes! It costed us more than $25 to wash our clothes, and they expect us to come back and wash/dry our clothes after what happened? Hell no. Never again.

Depends on the day. Most days are pleasant. Depends on which staff is working. Most are very nice. But a couple of them shouldn't be working with people.

This is without a doubt the nicest coin laundry I have ever been to. Clean and inviting. There are plenty of machines, tables and couches so you can actually be comfortable while you wait. The staff member who was there said there is ALWAYS at least one member of staff on-site, which is amazing. Snacks and drinks are available as well as laundry necessities if you forget something. ATM and change machine on-site as well. Very impressed.

I thought it was a very nice clean place I even told the gentleman working there that I've been traveling the last two years and of all the drycleaners and laundromats I was at this one was the cleanest I've ever seen I had to come back home to Wisconsin to find a Clean laundromat thank you I will use your facility again
