Had a winter coat altered. They did a great job and price was decent. Done in timely manor. I will go back.

I sent in two military coats to have new rank put on. I specified to her which patch goes on what coat and she waved me off telling me she knew what she was doing. Fast forward 8 days which seems very long for what I needed do regardless I called before hand to see if they were done. She said she was working on them at that time so clearly she had not done them. I then showed up an hour later and she shows me the finished product. I was in awe and completely amazed at how completely god awful it was. She put the wrong patches on per coat and to top it all every single one was upside down. I’m not exactly sure how she thought this was correct. I stood there for another 45 minutes waiting for my coats to be done correctly and there are specific measurements for the placement and I noticed she was not measuring because “she measures with her eyes”. Please take this review seriously if you are looking for a tailor to do work that requires precision. Do not recommend for military at all. I also still had to pay full price and my patches are still not entirely correct but I needed them for the next day. I do not recommend this tailor.

I have taken in multiple dress shirts to be tailored to a slimmer fit, and a winter coat for some repairs. Fair pricing and excellent quality work. It is now my go to place for getting clothing adjusted.

I'd give u a zero but then it won't let me post......I will NEVER go back to this place! My mother in law and I had to bring our dresses back twice to have shortened, I assumed she shortened the dress like I asked and didn't try it back on, and now it's 2 days before I have my daughter's wedding and tried it on...... It's NO shorter than the first time I brought it to her! Thanks for ruining my day and hopefully I don't trip and fall while at the wedding! I will never go back nor will I recommend u to anyone!
