Shocked!!! They dropped off (nice service) 6 shirts today over $75. What!!!! Previously we had a washable rug as I stated. Even told them you can throw it in the washing machine. First time $77 thought that was a little high, second time they were going to charge us $177 for the same rug. Took about a month before I called to cancel. Saw the tag $177. I was in disbelief.nCheck prices before you use them!!!!
Good local dry cleaning service, have options for pickup and delivery which is quite convenient. Would recommend for those needing regular service, or those who only require drycleaning on one off occasions. Professional and courteous.
Totally shocked at the $50.00 charge for our cleaning bill when we picked it up today. $9.00 a piece for 4 arm chair covers? Really? The throw rug for $14.00 seemed reasonable. Guess I should have asked ahead of time. We haven't used dry cleaning for awhile & always used Tierney's who have unfortunately closed. I would definately check around before using Gunderson's again. Everthing was suppose to be ready in a week by Mon. When we stopped Tues. the rug wasn't ready. We did finally get it today. When my husband picked it up he was also shocked at the charge, but paid & left. Live & learn.
Great service and fast route delivery.
Not helpful, decietful. Won't ever use a Gunderson's.
