Frasier's Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling

Was able to get my furnace up and running in a very short amount of time. Was able to bypass the electronics due to a water leak that short circuit the board. Will recommend anyone to this company. Very reliable very friendly staff and knowledgeable.

Last fall they came and cleared the sewer pipe going from the house to the septic. They said all of the problems were fixed. When they resealed the pipe they cut the seal to put it on. It is now leaking from that pipe. First they said they couldn't work on it because the tank was full it shouldn't be full because it was pumped before they worked on it last fall. We had it pumped anyway. 2 days later they say it's full again and they can't work until it's pumped. When looking in the tank it is clearly not full. They said they ordered the seal but no seal was ordered they said they would fix it the next day it hasn't been fixed yet and we are now on day four. They do not make their customers a priority and fixing your problems are none of their concern. They did not explain anything to the customer at the home because he's hard of hearing. all they would have needed to do was write down anything they needed on the available paper and pen on the kitchen table. This was explained. It's sad when you can't trust a business to do quality work for the elderly when they are paying the same rates as everyone else. I would not recommend them to anyone based on the last experience or this experience. I would say get anyone else you can.

Very slow service from the initial service request until the plumber arrive. It took over 5 weeks from my initial service request over the phone until a plumber arrived.nFlat Rate plumbing service charges that are extremely high compared to other plumbing companies. One of the services I requested was to replace a kitchen faucet. The labor charge to replace a kitchen faucet which took 45 minutes to complete was $422 which did not include the trip charge.nNo detail breakdown of the charges until I received the invoice by email. For the services I had requested, I was given an overall cost to conduct the services without a breakdown of each service. I was given the opportunity to accept these charges which I did because it already took 5 weeks to get a plumber out to my house and I already had to pay the trip charge. It wasn’t until I received the detail invoice did I see a breakdown of the service charges.nWhen I called to question these high charges it took 3 calls to finally have someone from their contact center reply back to me with their response.nWhile two of the three services I had requested were able to be performed and the plumber was very courteous, the delay in getting this service and the high charges to perform these services were very disappointing.nnUPDATE:nFrasier’s Plumbing reached back out to discuss further the concerns I had regarding their service and charges. Their Call Center Manager was professional, courteous and allowed me to express my concerns. At the end we came to a solution that met both of our needs. I appreciate and respect any business that takes the time to listen to their customers concerns to better their service and retain their customers.

Frasier's has been our go to professional for our annual cabin opening and closing for over a decade. Great communication, timely service and an incredible team of good people. Adam rocks as a service technician and treats our humble home as if it were his own. Highly recommend Frasier's for any heating or plumbing needs.
