We shop here often and every time we come we order our stuff online first, mostly because we live over a hour away. While picking up our order there were four people working behind the pro desk. We got our order after standing there for about a half hour, as were loading up our boards it came to our understanding that who ever picked them out clearly didn’t care about the quality they were giving us. As we took a board back in we told a man who’s name was Jason that we need a different one, without saying anything to us he walked away, so I told him again and very rudely he said that he’d have to call someone. All I’m trying to say here is that if you have people working here who don’t know how to deal with customers you should probably do something about that.

Awesome customer service on three different occasions! Dean is a fantastic human being, very friendly and exceedingly helpful. The flooring department employee was also very helpful with tile samples as well as a woman who took my order over the phone for a vanity cabinet! Great people and great service!
Two days in a row went to purchase items. Checked on line both times at 2 separate locations. Both locations showed they had items. Up on arrival the items were not in stock. Between the two visits 5 hours of my time was wasted in travel. Don't trust the online quantity of any items or you will be disappointed.
I'm sorry to say I'm done with Rhinelander home depot. I usually would go into that store once or twice a week and mainly for their customer service. This last few months I've seen a total deterioration of that. What I see is more employees doing busy work and more customers left standing and waiting. Today was the last straw. I picked up some lumber (roughly $250.00), but I needed help loading plywood and having a couple cuts made on that plywood. I was left standing in the aisle for 30 minutes as I watched the employee that supposedly was going to help me go by me about six times only carrying something twice. Time is money and customer service is how you differentiate yourself from your customer (especially with price matching today).
