I needed a uniform pressed at the last minute. Dropped off at 0815, uniforms complete at 1000. Amazing turn around and service with a smile! I will be a Flora's Dry Cleaning customer for a life! Thank you for the support it is greatly appreciated.
Flora and her employees went above and beyond for us on several occasions. If you’re in the southeastern part of Arizona, (we were in Willcox) they will meet you to pick up and deliver your clothes on a weekly basis. Will definitely use them again when in the area.

I picked up some clothing today that I had dropped off to get cleaned at the beginning of this month and unfortunately had a really bad experience. I was told I was charged a fee for not picking up my items sooner enough. I asked after how many days is that fee applied and was told 30 days. Mind, that my clothing was dropped off April 2nd and I picked up the 27th of the same month. Therefore I stated, "Is it May 2nd"? Knowing it hadn't been the 30 days and so the lady (whom I believe is the owner) checked and saw that I was correct and mentioned that the place had been calling, as if that were to make up for the fact that I should not have been charged the fee. I then stated that I simply didn't care and paid the fee anyway because at that point, I was feeling uncomfortable and wanted to leave already especially because there was a customer right behind me in earshot.
Due to the huge lack of integrity and poor customer service, I will no longer be doing business with this cleaners as I'd rather take my clothing somewhere in Phx. You just lost a very promising customer Flora. Best regards.
