Food is not good. Staying at Ft. Huachuca and it was advertised as a place that supports military and locally owned. They don't offer military discounts. Price doesn't match whats advertised. Its more expensive and not worth the price. I ordered 3 meats ( St Louis, pulled chicken and brisket) no seasoning covered in sauce and tough. Mac n cheese not good, collards no seasoning. Fried cabbage no seasoning. Cornbread so dry and hard as a rock in the center. Fried chicken dry and no seasoning. EVERYTHING taste like it was precooked and reheated to serve. I hope they figure out how to make the food good.
Honestly. Probably one of the worst food experiences I've ever had. The Mac and cheese was cold and flavorless, clearly everything I had was microwaved and very tough. I had the beef ribs which were over microwaved and the brisket was unbearably sweet. I threw it all away after trying everything twice. Good sweet tea though!
I don't know who is actually rating this place or if they've had good bbq before, but this isn't it. Half of my food was cold, it was definitely microwaved, and the flavorless meat was just smothered in barbecue sauce. The sweet tea was good though.
Terrible. I ordered the 3 piece chicken and waffles. The chicken was so overcooked it was chewy and when banged against the plastic tray it made a similar noise to plastic hitting plastic. The waffles were good but its pretty hard to mess up waffles. Do not recommend.
I loved the pulled pork! It was some of the best I've ever had. Don't expect much out of the dining area. The sides were fine, but the meat was hands down delicious.
