Based on only today's experience at this location that is currently under (much needed) new management, I was extremely impressed with the customer service, outgoing attitude, attention to detail and overall experience I received by the new manager today. Hopefully she stays!!

Apparently it's okay to leave a brand new employee working all alone? The prep table wasn't even set up, half of the items including veggies missing. For what was available, the employee did fine making the actual sandwiches. Not particularly impressed with the Gillett location, however.

It may be my luck, but they're almost always out of everything whenever we go- mainly the bread.nnEverything is piled on to the point the bread (if I'm lucky to get some) is completely soaked through. I think I've had maybe one decent sub from here and I completely forgot their name.nnxoxo

One star for the politeness of the employees, but after that it all goes downhill.nThis used to be a great place to eat, but my recent visits have proven very disappointing. If the GIANT POTHOLES in the parking lot don't pop your tires and tear off the entire under-carriage of your vehicle, the conditions inside will leave you disgusted and infuriated. They are always having issues with the central air, so it's hot and very uncomfortable inside. Rarely do the employees know what they're doing, but there's always new ones; seems they don't know how to keep the good ones. The food itself is hit and miss, more miss though. Other things to be aware of: stale or burned bread, old meats, wilted veggies, dirty tables and counters, and extremely slow service due to only one person working.nnDon't waste your time going here! Another Pat Buckley fail!
