Cheap at least. Had to wait about 10 mins for our food at around 7pm. They forgot to bring out half of our order. Sour moods all around. No fork for the nachos after being told (very rudely) it was in another box.

Not a great experience this time. This store is hit and miss for quality lately. They dont do so great with order accuracy and this last visit our crunchwrap and quesadillas were flat and nearly empty. Do like the new toasted cheese chalupa though.

I'm giving this review a 3 Star just because I want to give them the benefit of the doubt.nnMy mother and I came some time after 10PM, there was a line of people in the drive thru, and only looked like 2 workers were there. We made our order, pulled up, waited a good 5-15 minutes before we received our food, only for it to be a completely wrong order. So we pulled around again, explained what the issue was, and they asked us to pull up to the front so they could take the order back and give us what we had actually ordered.nIt took roughly 10-15 minutes from the time it took for us to give them the order we received back to them, and for us to get what we ordered. We received a free cinnabon delight pack and 2 large mountain dews for free, yet they still forgot to give us the shredded chicken burrito we had ordered.nnAgain, I am giving them the benefit of the doubt, but having to wait almost a half hour in total for us to get our food, I feel like we should have received a refund, rather than extra stuff we didn't ask for.

Switched from supreme to bell grand and they didn't keep my preference with dairy intolerance. No time to go back to fixed. The crunchwrap was correct.
