Absolutely recommend this business. As a property owner I have worked with Kimberly Sullivan for over 10 years. When she joined First West Properties, my properties went with her. I can attest to the hard work the staff at First West Properties does each and every day. On many occasions, I have called requesting a detailed explanation, more information on services, or repairs. They have always responded quickly and when in doubt, called me for clarification. The First West Properties Team has a good tenant vetting process. They provide all documentation, statements and tax information in a timely manner. Their marketing skills and market insight kept my properties rented over the years. Throughout my relationship with First West Properties it is paramount to remember that as an owner I have an obligation to respond to inquiries and provide guidance for my properties. I realize I have to do my part as a responsible property owner and communicate in clear and concise terms so that the First West Properties Team can act expeditiously and provide quality service to my tenants. The better I am as an owner, the better First West Properties is as a property manager. Kudos to Kim, Shawna Fenning and Frank Moro!

I had a great experience with First West! Shawna Fenning was awesome! If anything needed to be done they took care of it right away. They were always friendly and professional. At the end of my lease I was given back my deposit. I would recommend this company and if I still lived in Sierra Vista would rent from them again.

The personnel here at First West Properties Corporation were very professional and friendly the whole time I was renting a property from them. They were quick to respond to any issues that I had and fix them within 48 hours. I recommend them to anyone who needs a rental property or purchase property.
