Living here was overall amazing moving out was a huge pain, they did not tell us that we were being charged a move out clean even after we cleaned the entire apartment and a maid company even helped! They said they will require a move out fee for cleaning regardless how clean it is. Other than that it was nice, it’s a very quiet place, and the office staff is very nice. My mom lived here when I was younger and it was just as amazing here!

The only thing was the cold air didn’t fully activate until the thermostat and breaker were reset. But it works beautifully and the maintenance man who was called out to help me out was extremely courteous and friendly. I feel bad that he had to fix something on the weekend.

We lived here for nine months. Overall it was a good experience. The ladies in the front office were very professional and accommodating. Maintenance takes care of problems in a timely manner. When we first moved in the dishwasher overflowed, the washer machine overflowed, and the bathroom sink leaked in the first month. Maintenance took care of everything the same day. Loved having a washer and dryer in our unit. Communication regarding changes is handled efficiently. If you are a good renter, you’ll have a good experience. I laugh when I read reviews that renters want forgiveness if their rent is one or two days late. That is not the fault of the management. You signed the contract. It’s your responsibility to make your payments on time. My only suggestion would be to change the entrance. Cars should all go IN the main gate and go out the NORTH gate. Also people with pets - pick up after your dog! There were two instances in nine months with dog feces on the sidewalk to our apartment. Could not transfer Dish TV to our apartment because a tree blocked the satellite so went with Cox Communications. Overall I would recommend living here. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable.

The representatives that lead me through my rental were all great. A special call out to Ms. Lloyd for helping me, as I've not had to rent in a long time and she helped me through the process. My, how things have changed.

Front office staff, although constrained by COVID, was always responsive and helpful.
