Paid an application fee for a home only to find out it wasn't even on the market, their systems weren't updated. Did we get the application fee back? NOPE.

Application and website completley lie to customers and once you paid for the application then they tell you the examples used on the application cant be used for proof of income ! The absolute worst at answering the office phone and getting back to you about your complaint.
