I absolutely loved the unlimited membership but I recently picked up a new vehicle off the lot with 23 miles. I got my truck washed and realized the black antenna was pulled up by one of the rollers during the wash. They filed a claim and the store manager called and said they would not cover the claim due to the video footage and said i could of hit a rock or a bird hit my truck. I would highly recommend using a more professional car wash that will actually cover damages they cause to your vehicle. I can tell you right now there is no way a rock or a bird pulled my antenna a few inches off my roof of my truck and have been the only one driving the vehicle and would of noticed if I caused the damage. This happened when my vehicle hit 100 miles. Ill never use Mr. Car Wash again. What a warm welcome to my brand new truck.
Always ends up as my go-to place. I love having someone vacuum my car & wipe the insides and outsides. 100% love this place.
I have the platinum full-service unlimited car wash about $70.00 a month. I like having a clean and nice smelling car. At best the service is okay. Windows are always streaked and I always have re-wipe down the car from where they did not do.
Their competition, is a little more and does a way better job. The only reason I do not use them is they only have 3 locations vs 10. So the convince of locations is something that is beneficial to me. I am about ready to switch as my new job is close to a location.
I wish that mister would take a little more pride in the the job they do, rather than how many vehicles they can run thru the carwash.
They are always super nice! The lady who signed me up for the unlimited off Alameda and Ellison with shorter hair was quite funny and made the experience positive. No matter the location, I've had a consistently good experience.
