I like the fish sandwiches, the food is always hot and fresh..and I get to donate to charity which is nice!
I go to this Arby’s sometimes in West Allis but this is my first time having a problem with them and they did not solve it right.. I bit into my sandwich and pulled a hard steam out my mouth! I called and they told me they dnt have any wood in the store but I’m tryna see how it’s in the sandwich period! Won’t go again they left me on hold after I told them the problem!
Lady in front rude didn’t get greeted until what looks like another co worker or manager walked up . Stood there for about 12 minutes watching her stare into space and at drive through , until I finally asked if she was ready to take my order . In which she replied that she’s “been ready” with an attitude. Younger guy next to her with his arm crossed . I also asked for my food fresh and got it within 2 minutes there’s no way everything was fresh . I was willing to wait . Also!!! Asked for sauce and received none ! Terrible never coming back
