No point in mobile ordering. Ordered on my phone. Went to pick up 25 minutes later, longer than the time stated on app which was 18 minutes. Nobody else in store ordering or in drive thru. Still waited 15 minutes in store for 2 sandwiches, 1 French fry order, and 1 drink. Was told they only make samdwiches for mobile orders, sides are not made until you tell them you are there to pick up, then they start making it. Sandwiches sat getting soggy for 45 minutes, horrible service. Never mobile ordering again, at least this pathetic location.

Did you know Cousins Sub is a local business unlike Sub Way or Jimmy John? I like this location because it is close to home and they are always so nice here!!!

Same great quality you've come to expect from Cousins. Decent staff at this squeeky-clean, newer location. Points for locally-souced ingredients (even Sprecher root beer). Love that. Fresh soups and pretty great cheese steaks, especially coming from a chain.

Service has been bad the last 3 times I've been here. Customer service could be better but not the worst I've seen before. Food not cooked right 2 out of 3 times.

I am not sure what has happened to this place. I usually go through the drive-through. Last time I was in the Drive thru the guy in front of me was so frustrated he hit reverse and left. I told the girl working the counter in the drive-through that the guy in front of me left so please do not give me his food: she gave me that other guys food anyway. Next A week later on July 19, 2020. I went inside the lobby to order two subs. I ordered and then must’ve stood there for 15 or 20 minutes before they finally decided to give me my food. I got home just now, and noticed that they didn’t give me any napkins, and this is the third stop there in a row with no napkins. I of course would’ve grabbed some when I was in the lobby but there aren’t any out for customers to grab. Not sure I’ll be back to this location.nnEdit. On Monday, October 19, 2020 I went here to get a special on Parmesan bread. The place is supposed to be known for bread yet they gave me old bread. I was shocked. I don’t think I can tell how dried out the bread was. When your motto is better bread, you can’t serve somebody day-old bread.
