I like this company. Very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I've used them before, to install a new Trane furnace and A/C, two years ago. It needed regular maintenance and cleaning, because I neglected to have Blau come out sooner.nThe Technician, Dave, was very professional and relaxed. I asked him several questions and I received my answers. In other words, his answers weren't overly technical, and I had no problem understanding him. I was truly impressed with his level of expertise and would recommend this company to my friends and family. On a side note, I left while Dave was here and he completed the work, without me watching.nIn closing, I am happy that I found this Company, because they stand-by their products and services.nI have to mention, that Dave had his mask on the entire time he was here. I never saw him without the mask covering his nose and mouth! That was important to me and it shows they care about their customers, like me.
We woke up to a wet basement and leaking water softener. Needless to say, when I called Blau and they said they would be here in a few hours (and not a week and a half like others I’d called), I was relieved. David was thorough in his assessing of the issue and explaining possible solutions. We received quality, timely work at a very reasonable price. Thank you David and the rest of the team at Blau!
Joel came to the rescue on a Saturday. In the middle of a great friend trying to give a practical gift to an unemployed friend in need - he was caring, listened well and worked with us to get the job done. I called in a panic with a backed up sewer drain in my basement. I received fantastic service from the person I booked the same day emergency service with, to the tech that came to my rescue. I was very impressed the quick response time. It was a job well done!!! This is a top notch company. I will certainly call on them again! Kuddos!
Our serviceman was very professional, informative and knowledgeable. He arrived at our house with his mask and ready to work (He was very good with our dog). He went over everything he did and changed our old thermostat. We have been using Blau for quite some time and their service to date has always been exceptional.
