Our kitchen sink failed to drain at nine o'clock on a Thursday night, we could not successfully snake the down pipe, and I had no idea who to call. I was concerned I'd be without a sink for the weekend. Found Milestone on line, reviewed the website, was impressed with its start up, Jessie's history, their ratings. I called Friday morning. By Friday midday, Luke, one of their plumbers, had already arrived. He was extremely patient with my questions, as well as our cats, who wanted to see what he was doing. An hour later, our sink was running, and he found a new aerator in his stuff that fit my faucet. Great service, great first impression. Thank you so much, Milestone.

I cannot say enough positive things about Milestone or what a respectable and professional company they are. Our home inspector recommended them, and I'm so glad he did. Alex was super helpful installing our new garbage disposal and identifying a minor leak, and even offered some other advice on other minor projects that a lay person could do. There was a small hiccup in my garage disposal installation, but Milestone and Scott went above and beyond to make it right, and returned all my calls promptly and were so patient answering my questions. I will gladly use their services again and highly recommend them.nnAs a side note during the pandemic: I REALLY appreciate that I didn't have to ask anyone coming into my home to wear a mask, it was just standard practice. I appreciate this basic level of caution Milestone takes and expects their employees to uphold, as well as their questionnaire before staff come to your home.

First time using them and they were fast, professional and did a great job. Alex did not waste time but did it right. Highly recommended. They will be my first call if plumbing problem arises.

Milestone is not your usual contractor. Jessie and her team are knowledgeable, prompt and wonderful to work with. We used them for a bathroom remodel a few years back and recently for a hot water tank service call. Alex did a great job of fixing a gas leak from our DIY repair. He was courteous and informative about what he was doing and provided options for service. Everyone needs a reliable plumber and Milestone is ours. We can’t say enough good things about them!

We have used Milestone plumbing several times and every time they go above and beyond to be helpful. The owner Jessie and her team of plumbers and support staff have been so professional and kind. We had an issue with a sink, that they had to come and fix several times. It was not a plumbing issue it was a failure of the manufacturer's sink and they were awesome every time. We would recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
