Awesome experience!!! Ashley (I asked her name at the end) asked me a ton of questions to make sure my order was perfect. I had a pretty long one. I really felt listened to. Food was hot and fast even for a drive thru in this time.

So trashy it’s not even worth the 1 star. I placed an online order for 26 items and went in to pick up my order when the site said it was ready. They let me know they never received the order. I showed them the order confirmation from my email, the payment confirmation from both the email and my bank, as well as a confirmation that i was at the correct location and the full list of items ordered. I would’ve been fine with waiting if they had just started the order but 40 minutes later no one was acknowledging the fact that there was an issue and they would not come to the counter. I kept getting told i was at the wrong location and that i needed to contact corporate to get a refund because they couldn’t make the food or process a refund until their system received my order. The general manger was present and still nothing was done. By the time they gave in and told me they would make the food at no charge i listed off my order AGAIN and then the general manager told me that they had in fact made my order an hour earlier. I did not receive an apology I was told it was my fault because the pick up name and account name we’re different so they were confused. I got home and the order was cold and soggy. So much good customer service.

Handed me a sealed bag. I opened it when I got home. Forgot to give me my cinnamon crisps.nn(The following was added later)nThe next time that I went, I let the clerk know that my crisps were missing the last time. He added a bag at no charge.

Food has been good on most visits. Sometimes just warm rather than hot. I would go closer to 3.5 stars.n12/3/20- updating my review. This place has been in steady decline. Ordered a grilled cheese burrito w/steak, and requested no onion, even though I don’t think it comes w onion. Received some type of burrito with tons of onion, lettuce, tomato, and pieces of chicken and a few pieces of steak, ona dry flour tortilla. No grilled , no cheese. It was REALLY BAD!!!!! Furthermore...why do they continually give u tons and tons of sauce packets? Even when u say”no sauce”? A couple visits ago, I requested “a couple Fire”. I received 37 packets of various types. My latest visit I said “no sauce”. I received a mix of 13 packets. Maybe they wouldn’t have to continually raise prices if they attempted to ration the sauce packets. NO ONE WANTS TO PAY FOR UNWANTED SAUCE PACKETS!!! But, that’s what they make you do here. A couple visits I’ve had some rude service as well, but please note, service is usually polite and friendly and very efficient! At this point I would give them 2.5-3 stars

For a fast food place, they are doing a good job. Really not Mexican but once you get past that, the food ins't too bad. The service ins't too bad, it seems nobody knows or their just not busy. We always get through the drive-through very quickly. Seems to be priced right also. We will return soon and often.
