Service was terrible. The employees looked like they didn’t want to be there at all and their attitude was horrible. Especially some guy named Gavin. Will definitely not be coming back here at all.

We ordered through Uber eats and were missing a sub. Unsure if it was a Cousins or Uber mistake, we called Cousins and they were very helpful and said we could have a replacement sub if we went in the next did. Just stopped in today and the employees were apologetic, kind, and swift. I really appreciated the service and sincere apology. I’ll have to order here more often.

Their sub sizes are different from most, with 7.5 inches and 15 inches. The cheesesteak is pretty good and the cheese curds are good. Sprecher Root Beer on the fountain is a big plus for me.

I’m extremely disappointed in this cousins. I looked up the store hours it stated it was open until 10:00PM. I drove to the establishment to find that at 9:00 they were closed. All business lights off, drive thru off but inside 3 employees talking. Smh. If you’re store can’t stay open until you’re advertising then you need to make the correct changes. I drove 15 minutes out of my way to visit another Cousins whom was actually open like they were supposed to be! If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I will no longer take my business there. Did I mention it’s a Friday Night........

I had an order doordashed (which costed me $6 add’l) part of my order was missing and they made the other part of my order wrong. I called and they said they couldn’t refund me and I had to come in to the store. I went to the store to get my correct order. Management said they would add my name to a board for my full order to be free next time. Went to the store for the meal they said I would get free but they didn’t have any record of it and there’s nothing they could do. Wasted my time twice!!! I will not be ordering or visiting this location again.
