I have been a very loyal client for many years and in return I had been given a 30% discount since I spend roughly $150 per visit. When Sam sold the business, my discount was reduced to 20% which I did not feel was unfair since the new owner was building his new business. Today I went in to pick up my order and drop off 14 more items and I was notified that not only did they cancelled all discounts. At that point I had the choice not to use their services, I understand that. What i do not understand is how they could take away the discount I was given on the items I was picking up. Natural Cleaners just STOLE $35 from me. I feel that is unprofessional and they just lost a very good client.nnRevise - 7/5/20 : I received what I thought was a fair response from the owner and I can understand his position. I appreciate the reply and I will amend my review. Best to you during these difficult times.
