I have used Steam Dry professionally and personally now for 8 years and I have to say they are simply the best! Not only can I count on them to clean just about any condition of carpet, but they go above and beyond to patch areas when necessary as well. They always make sure to come to me first if they feel a cleaning will cost more than usual. They are also very honest if they feel a carpet is beyond cleaning repair (instead of knowingly try to clean it when I'll just have to replace it anyways). I have used them personally as well to clean my white couches. Always amazing results. Last but not least I have never met a Steam Dry employee who wasn't courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. Even the office personnel who set appointments are wonderful! Very highly recommend this company!

Donald came to our apartment to clean just the high traffic areas in the living room, hall and stairs. He was quick, efficient and friendly. Without missing a beat on the cleaning, he explained what he was doing and also engaged in some friendly conversation. We thoroughly enjoyed having Donald in our home and hope to see him the next time our carpet needs cleaning. He did a great job. I would recommend Steam Dry to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

This is probably one of the best companies I have ever worked with. I needed someone to come to my old apartment and clean the carpets after I moved out. Luke came to the wrong address but still drove to the apartment I needed work done at. He was so laid back about the annoying mistake and was still willing to get the job done the same day. Even after that he offered to clean the stairs for no charge. Luke also cleaned and deodorized a few small urine spots at no charge. He was absolutely fantastic. He did a great job, for a great price, and in a short time frame. I could not have been happier with the work he did. The crew over their at Steam dry know exactly what they are doing. Mike is very knowledgeable in other facets of the carpet business and is very thorough. I recommend using them for any of your carpet or upholstery cleaning. On top of it the owner of the company Doug Patch takes great pride in his employees and how they treat customers and every job. Highly recommend.
