Had to hunt for someone to help me
Great place to find not only typical hardware store items but a wide array of other useful items. Too many things to list, but I often find household items here I can't find elsewhere.
Elliot's has done a great job of providing our household with what we need for all things DIY. Their staff is very helpful and friendly and I highly recommend their curbside pick up. They usually have the items ready within a couple hours (unlike other box stores that can take days) and they're highly responsive once you show up (which again can take 30min-hour at box stores). Price point can be higher sometimes but they make up for it with convenience and safety.
Called Home Depot. Greeted by computer. Had to repeat myself 3 times to computer. After 1.5 minutes finally got operator. Connected me to department. Phone rang 20 times. Hung up.nnCalled Ace hardware. Phone picked up by human. Got my answer in less than a minute.
