I had been going to Suburban for 20+ years. ALWAYS great quality service and friendly hard working manager (Tom) and employees. Their prices were very reasonable. I paid around $13 for years for a full service car wash. They also have cards that were stamped with every wash. When the card was filled, you got a free wash of any price. I never was disappointed. They also jumped my car once. I didn't even ask and they did it for no charge.nI moved to Green Bay 1 1/2 years ago and the only place I could find that does full service car washes is charging $26!!!nI miss Suburban!

They lost my car mats, the car wasn't vacuumed at all the wheels were dirty. Basically they just took my money. I went back up there when I discovered my mat was missing and the attitude was of no concern.nI will never ever go there nor will I recommend anyone to go there.nThey didn't even look around for my mat . I showed them that the car hadn't been vacuumed the attendant stood there and I vacuumed my own car out. As they stood and watched me when I had pId for service. Wish I could do zero starsnNEVER AGAIN!!!!

I paid $24.99 for full car wash, vacuuming, speed wax and some other things. They did not clean the inside of my car. I asked if they cleaned the dashboard and the young man told me no because that was detail cleaning, but he did cleaned the cup holder, which was a lie. Every car wash that have people working on cars that I have been to will clean the inside (front & back). I didn’t get what I paid for. I am very disappointed.

The owner was friendly BUT I paid $15 for my car wash and I was NOT satisfied. I had not been to a car wash in years so I didn't know they wouldn't clean my seats. The windows were not throughly cleaned in my SUV and they didn't even vacuum the trunkud83eudd26ud83cudffe‍♀ufe0fand it wasn't even busy. The owner said if I requested it they would do it. I was the only one there so I felt like they could have done a much better job. I was not pleased!!!! I won't return.
