Today I witnessed a representative of Glenn Realty go after and scream at an elderly couple who had walked by the office. What happened was, the elderly couple saw that the front screen door for the realty company was wide open. As they walked by, they closed the door, thinking it had perhaps been left open. An older woman (with short graying blondish hair) came out and followed them down the street, yelling at them. She yelled at them about closing her door, and was horribly snarky. I couldn't believe it. She didn't realize other people could see/hear her, and I'm not sure she would have cared. This level of unprofessional behavior and the irate attitude displayed is the reason why I would never choose to use Glenn Realty or any of the other businesses that occupy the realty offices on 4th and San Pedro.
