Need better sense of urgency. Sandwiches not done on time, can totally understand that they are running behind time but when there are 3+ customers they need to cut to the chase from talks. Other than that they are very polite and friendly

I would highly recommend going to a different location. Or go in person. Don’t order online for pick up because you will not get what u orderednBread was old and stale. And missing ingredients. If could post a pic I would. Owner said he went the next day and checked out the bread mind you the bread is supposed to be fresh everyday!! Next day ??? And the sandwich were missing ingredients and he watched the video. Pics clearly so the sandwich missing more than one ingredient. So to me I pay for what I order. So a sandwich and a half went to waste so that will be my loss on this one and that’s ok. But I will never go there again.

2nd order on the app for this location that wasn't ready at the time specified. In fact they just started making it both times. My wife's order was for extra mayo and extra black olives, she barely got any mayo and only a few black olives. When we order from Jersey Mikes on there app they never get the order wrong. This location sucks! They got a bunch of high school kids working there that barely know what they are doing.
