We go to the nearest Noodles which is in Oak Creek on S. Howell. Their food is very good. Their staff friendly & helpful. Those two great attributes contribute to the unfortunate item. The Wait. Order online, otherwise be prepared to wait 30-45mts. for your food if you show up in person. It's what happens sometimes when a restaurant Is that Good. If not for that, they'd have 5 stars.

My family and I eat noodles all the time. This place can’t seem to get it right. Today ordered pad Thai with grilled chicken and the egg wasn’t done all the way so it had weird goo smeared all over the food ruining the meal. The salad containers were less than half full and the Caesar dressing tastes off. We’ve also ordered before and got the same meal and it was missing the meat. Won’t be trying this location again, the one on 76th st. Is much better.

I ordered take out and while waiting for my food to be prepared I witnessed the following from the employee at the front counter who was wearing gloves: she took phone orders, finished orders by placing lids on entrees & bagging them, taking curbside orders outside, emptying soup from a bag she used her apron she was wearing to handle into the holding container then touching garbage cans, sweeping floors, Spraying sanitizer on the counter tops instead of the rag and then wiping everything near the forks and lids all while between checking people out at the cash register never once did she stop to change any gloves or wash her hands. Super gross I got a refund, I understand covid and all that but that was completely incorrect and not a safe way to serve food.

I went to Noodles and CO for the first time a few days ago and honestly, I was so pleasantly surprised. The food was great, but what made my whole experience was the staff. I regret not getting in their names, but for everyone working Wednesday July 22 around 7-8 pm, you guys were amazing. I found my new favorite place.
